Nerdy Things

About me

I post things that are nerdy, interesting or otherwise catch my fancy. Sometimes you'll see a book review or two but I'm thinking of making a separate blog for those. I love Harry Potter and tend to read anything I can get my hands on. Cooking, painting and travel are other things I enjoy.

I am the mother of 2 girls, a pediatric nurse and a complete geek. One day my girls will have to decide if they are going to walk with me down the path of social inability (and thus enter into a wonderful sub-culture) or go "mainstream" and look at me like I'm crazy.
